If your decide your new readers simply aren't right for you, we will happily exchange or refund the cost of the frames. The only cost to you would be the return shipping. To save on paper and minimize waste, we suggest you keep your original packaging to easily reuse for your return or exchange. Seymour + Smith warranties products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 3 months (90 days) from the date of purchase. Seymour + Smith reserves the right to determine manufacturing defects, and requires proof of purchase to qualify products as warrantable. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the shipment. Customs determines these charges and Seymour + Smith has no way of knowing what these charges may be.
